    The Lady Tigers earned a Red State trophy as T.R. Miller (28-2) played in the Class 3A girls championship game and came up short to Pisgah 52-59.

    For T.R. Miller, Aleria Smith led the way with 14 points and 12 rebounds, and Raivon Ewing added 12 points and nine rebounds. Ja’Nazsia Nettles had nine points, all 3-pointers.

    Today for #BlackHistoryMonth we recognize Coach Ronald Jackson from TR Miller. In his 30th season as the Girls Basketball Coach, he's coached the Tigers to 4 State Championships and continues to make a postive impact on and off the court in the lives of student-athletes.

    TRM undefeated season comes to an end


    TRM Lady Tigers win South Regional Championship

    TRM girls win county tournaments

    The T.R. Miller Lady Tigers improved to 8-0 on the season by blowing out its three county foes in the Escambia County Tournament last week to win first place.

    vs. Escambia County 53-10 W

    In the first game of the tournament against Escambia County, the Tigers had eight players score in a 53-10 win. Kyla Bell Barton led all scorers with 12 points, followed by Janazsia Nettles who had 10. Valeria Samuel had an incredible night with nine steals.

    vs. WSN

    66-14 W

    Game two of the tournament saw TRM take a rivalry game against WSN 66-14. Nettles, Barton and Steely Ruzic all scored in double-digts in the effort. Samuel had eight steals for the Tigers. As a team they swiped the Eagles 32 times.


    67-12 W

    The Tigers finished off the perfect tournament with a 67-12 victory over Flomaton. Nettles recorded 23 points, while Ruzic had 14.


    44-52 Hillcrest.  Miller Girls are Region Runner ups, making it to the Elite 8 for 2016-2017 campaign
    The T.R. Miller Lady Tigers defeated Straughn 41-28 on Saturday to advance to the regional finals 
    Congratulations to TRM Girls for defeating Clarke County 44-40 and moving on to Dothan for the Region Semi-Final. After taking 2nd in District, Miller travelled to Clarke County and won in their sub-region game.
    Miller will play Straughn at 3 pm on Saturday.  The winner of that game will go on to play the winner of Geneva/Hillcrest on February 22nd at 12:30.
