• Computer Education is an elective course that is offered to all students in grades 9-12. The Computer Education curriculum expands upon the student’s existing knowledge of computer technology. Students will learn proper keyboarding techniques with accuracy and speed -- skills that they will use for many years to come. In addition, students will also learn the more advanced technology applications of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Publisher. The knowledge gained from Computer Education will help to increase an individual’s productivity regarding technology and extend their communications skills both in school and on the job.
